Edo’ll produce Ekpoma, Illushi rice to feed Nigeria, reveals Umakhihe

A retired Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe, said Edo State has the capacity to feed Nigeria through the cultivation of rice.
