SERAP files contempt lawsuit against INEC chair for failing to investigate electoral offenders

Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a contempt lawsuit against the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Mahmood Yakubu, for failing to investigate allegations
