ICPC secures conviction of aviation ministry staff over forgery, fraud

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has secured the conviction of a Federal Ministry of Aviation staff member, Elvis Simon Okerenyi, on charges of forgery and defrauding a job-seeker.
