Ugboaja assumes duties as NLC Scribe

New General Secretary of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Emmanuel Ugboaja, has assumed duties following the retirement of Dr. Peter Ozo-Eson, who bowed out of Congress after attaining 70 years.
