Another federal lawmaker dumps PDP for APC

A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) member in the House of Representatives, Rep. Emmanuel Ukoette, representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency of Akwa Ibom on Wednesday, defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
