Champion Breweries acquires new brand in a deal to drive growth

Champion Breweries Plc, a subsidiary of enJOYcorp, said it has agreed to the acquisition of the Bullet brand, one of Africa’s fastest-growing ready-to-drink (RTD) alcoholic and energy beverage portfolios.
