$800m garnishee order killing FCTA economy, says Wike

Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, has disclosed that there is a garnishee order to the tune of $800 million against the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA). The order, according to the minister, is adversely affecting the FCTA economy.
