Ugwuanyi proposes N186b for 2022 as CSOs seek better health facilities

Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, yesterday, presented a budget proposal of N186 billion for the 2022 fiscal year to the state House of Assembly for consideration and approval.
