FCCPC approve Chivita|Hollandia sale transaction

The Coca-Cola Company said the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has approved the sale of Chivita|Hollandia (CHI Limited) to UAC of Nigeria PLC (UAC), and that the transaction has now been closed.
