Police charge lecturer, lawyer with forgery, altering of document

The police have charged before a magistrate court, Orumba, Anambra State a lecturer, department of Accountancy, Imo State University, Owerri, Dr. Luke Chukwu and two practicing lawyers with forgery and alteration of the document.
