Groups ask youths to obtain PVCs ahead of 2019, say Ekiti poll is litmus test

National Coordinator of Youthtakeover, Gabriel Ashibi, has urged youths above 18 years to obtain their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) to participate in the campaign for good governance in the country.
