Okpebholo, Mark mourn late Godwin Abbey

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, and the former President of the Senate, David Mark, have expressed sadness over the passing of General Godwin Osagie Abbey, a legendary son of Edo state, who died on Saturday night in Abuja after a protracted illness.
