The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, on Friday, flagged off the “Feed the Hungry” initiative, committing over N1b monthly to feed the poor and vulnerable residents of the state amid the hardship and suffering occasioned by the dire economic challenges.

Following the hue and cry over the poor state of roads across Edo State, the Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Chris Nehikhare, yesterday, said that the Governor Godwin Obaseki administration has embarked on rehabilitation and construction of 565 roads, stretching over 737 km across the state.
