The Oyo State Government says it will appeal the judgment which declared unconstitutional and illegal the Commission of Inquiry recommending the elevation of some Ibadan high chiefs to Obas. Boade, while presenting the report, stated that the commission gave preference to the 11 high chiefs in the Olubadan-in-Council while considering applications for beaded crowns.
