Anglican bishop urges govs to appoint Igbo judges early

Archbishop of Enugu Province (Anglican Communion), Emmanuel Chukwuma, has asked South East governors to appoint young lawyers into the bench, who will have brighter chances to be appointed as Supreme Court judges.
