Labour unions lead fresh onslaught against gender–based violence in workplace

The International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC), Solidarity Centre and Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) are taking multidimensional approaches to reduce gender-based violence by ensuring countries ratify the International Labour Organisation’s Convention 190 on violence and harassment in the world of work.
