People of Umuokpo village in Adakam Amumara autonomous community, Ezinihitte Mbaise council of Imo State have called for immediate investigation into the vandalisation and looting of installed government water project equipment in the area.

In a letter written and signed by their counsel, Ugochukwu Okoro, the community said the government disregarded the court order, which had declared them the owners of the said land, and restrained further encroachment by the state government.
