To resolve the subsisting gaps and opportunities for full public sector-wide adoption, the Chairman, Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), Prof. Tunji Olaopa, said the full complement of human resource modules of the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) should
