IPPIS will hinder educational progress, says ASUU
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) says it is ‘vehemently opposed’ to the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) for university staff members because it is aimed at thwarting the educational advancement of the country.
