The Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin, yesterday, struck out a suit by the Ishola Balogun-Fulani faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) seeking to nullify the nomination of its Kwara State gubernatorial candidate, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
