Senate Committee on Defence has commended the commandant of Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre (NAFRC), Oshodi, AVM Kinsley Lar, for effective utilisation of the centre’s funds.

Three persons were killed and two others injured as flood ravaged some part of Zinaria community of Jos North local government area, Plateau State. The flood also pulled down nine houses, rendering the occupants homeless.
