Tragedy of the Lagos hospital elevator accident

The death of a medical doctor, Diaso Vwaere, in an elevator accident at the Lagos Island General Hospital, Odan, was avoidable, making the tragedy very unfortunate, distressing and a bad signal from a health institution.
