PSP operators will still be used for waste collection, Lagos tells court
The Lagos State Government has said that it has factored the Incorporated Trustees of Association of Waste Managers in Nigeria (PSP operators), into the Cleaner Lagos Initiative, a revolutionary project it designed to keep Lagos State clean and healthy.
