Lulu-Briggs Vows to Reset Rivers, Targets $200bn Economy

The governorship candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2027 Rivers State election, Dumo Lulu-Briggs, has pledged to “reset” the state and drive its economy from about $20 billion to $200 billion within 15 years.
