Masari constitutes 11-member commission of inquiry on killing of security volunteers

Gov. Aminu Masari of Katsina State has constituted an 11-member Commission of Inquiry to investigate the recent killing of no fewer than 40 volunteers (Yan-Sakai) by terrorists.
