Court voids sack of National Health Insurance Scheme boss

The National Industrial Court (NIC), sitting in Abuja has declared that the sack of Dr. Martins Olufemi Thomas as the Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) was unlawful.
