Rivers Council boss honours hotel staff who returned $70,000

The Chairman of Emouha Local Council of Rivers State, Chidi Lloyd has honoured the Eko Hotel staff, Mary Kekwaru, that returned $70,000 to its owner by endorsing her as a brand ambassador of the council.
