Police arrest chef for kidnapping boss' son in Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has arrested Ulagu Philemon Chukwuma, a 29-year-old domestic worker, for allegedly masterminding the kidnapping of his employer's son, 12-year-old Justin Nwakwo.
