Smile Communications, Mediatek to launch latest voice over LTE smartphones in Africa

Smile Communications and MediaTek have teamed up to bring the latest VoLTE smartphones to customers in Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
