Be transparent in managing COVID-19, Catholic bishop tells governments

The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Osogbo, Most Rev. John Akinkunmi Oyejola, has appealed to the federal and state governments to desist from shrouding the management of Coronavirus in secrecy.
