MOUAU VC orders refund of fees paid before NELFUND disbursement
The Vice-Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU), Abia State, Professor Ursula Ngozi Akanwa, has directed the university's Bursary Department to immediately commence the process of refunding tuition fees paid by students before they received the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) facility.
