Okhiria hands over to NRC acting MD

The out gone Managing Director of the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Mr. Freeborn Okhiria, has handed over power to an acting managing director, urging NRC staff to co-operate with him. Okhiria completed his second four-year tenure on Oct. 18.
