Troops rescue kidnapped victim, recover arms in Benue

Troops of the Joint Task Force Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) have rescued one Mr Teryima Torbee, a kidnapped victim, and recovered arms in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue.
