CAN ex-Secretary, Hayab, cautions El-Rufai against hate-speech
A northern Christian elder and former Secretary of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Kaduna State, Revd Joseph Hayab, has urged Governor Nasir El-Rufai to desist from promoting hate-speeches capable of further plunging the state and the nation into further crisis.
