President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) on Thursday said the newly-inaugurated National Economic Council (NEC) has the mandate to support and deepen the Federal Government’s efforts to cause rapid and inclusive economic growth in Nigeria.
The National Economic Council (NEC) has stated that its resolution to undertake visits to states in the country was informed by the need to get first hand information on projects and policies put in place across states and to institute a peer review mechanism where states can learn from each other.
