NBA-SPIDEL slams national legislators over ransom criminalisation bill

The Nigerian Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL) has condemned attempt by national legislators to criminalise ransom payment by families of kidnapped victims without tackling the root cause of kidnapping.
