Ex-agitators urge Buhari to name substantive coordinator for amnesty programme

The National Coalition of Niger Delta Ex-agitators (NCNDE-A) yesterday enjoined President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint a substantive Coordinator for the presidential amnesty programme.
