NCoS signs MoU on development of Biogas through PPP
The Controller General of Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Haliru Nababa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a private biotechnology firm for the production of organic fertilisers at the Maximum Security Custodial Centre, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
