Ijaw youths fault inauguration of NDDC advisory committee

The Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) yesterday berated President Mohammandu Buhari for inaugurating the advisory and monitoring committees for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) without a substantive board in place.
