Princewill blames persistent corruption in NDDC on double-dealing by officials
Corruption in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has continued unabated following complicities by some federal institutions benefiting from proceeds of double-dealing by officials of the commission, Prince Tonye Princewill, has alleged.
