Credit doyen, Onalo, applauds Buhari for NICA Act

Nigeria's credit management doyen, Prof. Chris Onalo, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for signing into law and making the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) an Act of the National Assembly.
