Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, has declared that the state would not participate in today’s conference on ‘Handshake across the Niger.’ He disclosed this yesterday in Abakaliki, the state capital, when he received the Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah-led local organising committee.
