DisCos protest NERC’s new CapEx revenue directive

Fresh regulatory Order by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has sparked opposition from electricity distribution companies (DisCos), which argue that the directive effectively places their surplus revenues under regulatory control and weakens their operational autonomy. The Order requires DisCos
