NCC to enforce consumers’ rights
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has said that it would commence enforcement of “all the rights” of the telecommunications’ consumers in the country in order to eradicate sharp practices against end-users. Already, the NCC has started enlightenment campaigns for the consumers
