It is one thing to make a law and another for it to be properly passed across a large country. Sometimes there can be a conflict of laws, which makes it very difficult for the citizens to either interpret or even know what and what not to obey.

There can be no better time than now to call on the authorities in Nigeria to equip even a few Nigerian hospitals like the ones in some developed economies including the United Kingdom where most Nigerian leaders always have recourse to for medical follow-ups and treatment.
