NIWA warns waterways users against rickety boats
The National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) has called on waterways transport users to avoid substandard and poorly maintained boats. The authority also urged the National Assembly to expedite the passage of the Coastal Guards Bill to improve safety and security across the nation’s waterways.
