NMDPRA raises safety concerns, seeks upgrade of oil facilities

The Chief Executive of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMPRA), Farouk Ahmed, has called for an upgrade of oil facilities in the country to meet up safety requirements.
