Uneasy silence over $500 million new terminals at Lagos, Abuja airports
The Chinese and Nigerian governments in 2013 struck a loan deal to build four new airport terminals in Nigeria. On paper, it was a fairly good deal in the light of gross infrastructure deficit and inadequate funding to fix it.
