Enugu government blames culvert failure for flooding in World Bank project

The Enugu State Government has blamed the culvert failure along Neke/Mbu/Ogbodu-Abba/Obollo-Etiti roads on intensive rainfall that caused flooding and erosion in the ravaged section.
