Navy commissions NNS Lugard, barracks in Kogi State

The Nigeria Navy, at the weekend, commissioned the Nigeria Navy Ship (NNS) Lugard, code named NNS Lugard and the newly constructed Navy Barracks in Banda, Lokoja in Kogi State.
